I would not say my arguments are completely false, but I respect your opinions on this topic. Additionally, the Brennan Center for Justice is real and below is a link to their website and their views about individual rights and voter fraud:

I would argue that each of your arguments is biased to the point of being mostly false. There are a lot of people who take the voting process serious and not part of some conservative plot to limit all liberals from voting. While I know nothing of the Bremen center or the Voter Protection Agency (does one even exist??), I can tell you that our voting system, by it’s nature does not try to catch people who are voting illegally. If you are not registered or have the right ID, you are sent home (i.e. there is no consequence to trying to vote illegally as you suggest as your arguement to why it isn’t a problem). Consequently, it is rediculous to claim that fraud does not exist. I would argue that illegal aliens are not as passive as you make them out to be. Many are very vocal, have citizens groups to represent them, hold rallies and have a lot to gain by getting sympathetic representation. The very fact that states have limited ability to detain and deport aliens such that we even have an illegal alien issue is proof. It does not seem like an impostion to me, with what is at stake, that it is more difficult to rent a car or get a hotel room, than it is to vote. Personally, it does not matter to me what forms of ID are acceptable, as long as they are secure, have been issued knowing that the recepient has been verified to be eligible to vote, and the agency/institution is liable for that person. I think it;s rediculous the low number of people who vote and am not in favor of preventing anyonve from voting (even the black panthers in 2008). But I do think it is a responsibility that should be taken seriously. So if you are not prepared to get an ID or learn the laws required to vote (in reference to your point that many do not know the requirements), then you have not taken the responsiblity very seriously. . . .
