school is designed (poorly mind you) to prepare you for the real life. it is unfortunate and horrible that this girl killed herself but it is ridiculous to pass laws banning bullying. you cannot stop people from being mean and cruel all you can do is teach people how to deal with it and how to overcome aggressive idiots. protecting children can only go so far. i mean look at how the school has the chemical health policy. it is designed to reach into your private life and restrict your actions there in the name of safety. these laws are bad for the youth and bad for society. – demarais
