Great excitement about Conrad’s Walpole location is growing. Owner Bobby Conrad said, “we’re expecting to open in late June to early July this summer.”  After extensive renovations, the resturant will have many similar features to its Norwood location, with a bar and TV views, but will be larger.

The new restaurant will feature a similar atmosphere to the existing Norwood Center location.  There will be a bar and surrounding area with TV views, high top tables, and T.V. booths along with a quieter family dining room with booths and tables away from the bar and TVs.  A large function room will also be built in the basement for special occasions and larger parties.

Local students and famlies are happy to welcome Conrad’s resturant into a Walpole location.  Sophomore Amanda Guidoboni said, “my family already drives to Conrad’s in Norwood all the time, so we’re really excited it will be closer.”

Besides the various atmospheres people enjoy in Conrad’s restaurants, the food draws in customers as well.  The menus of the new restaurant will be similar to those of the original Conrad’s, featuring the steak tips the restaurant has become known for, along with pizzas, salads, seafood, and many other items.  Catering and take-out will be available for the entire menu for those not wanting to dine out.  With something for everyone, families are happy to have a local restaurant that all members will enjoy, whether eating out or at home.

With Conrad’s new restaurant opening in June or July, Walpole Center will recivieve a great addition and hopefully bring much buisness and Family enjoyment to the Town Center.
