“Girl Meets World”
Extremely popular among viewers in the 90’s, Boy Meets world was a television sitcom that followed the life of Cory Matthews, a teenage boy from Philadelphia, as he grew up into a married man. This year, the crew is back again to film the show’s anticipated spin-off series, “Girl Meets World.” The “Boy Meets World” sequel is almost here. Fishel and Savage are excited to begin filming the series, as they have been offered a chance to show their fans how their careers have evolved. Dince its premier in 1993, “Boy Meets World” has developed a devoted fanbase, and everyone is excited to see how “Girl Meets World” will measure up to the beloved comedy of the 90’s. While the cast members are more than ready to continue their careers with the same cast they grew up with, Fishel wants to make it clear that ” GMW” is not simply a continuation of “BMW.” Fishel
writes, “Please keep in mind that this will be episode one, of season one, of a brand new show.
We started at the same place with “BMW,” but we evolved and we evolved quickly. For those of
you who knew and loved “BMW,” please allow this show to evolve as well.” When “Boy Meets
World” went off air, the show’s viewers were devastated; now that “Girl Meets World” is in the works, they are
looking forward to having Cory and Topanga as a part of their lives again.
