Seeded #3, Walpole Baseball lost in the first round of the tournament to the #14 seed Brockton on May 31 by a score of 4-0. Scoreless until the top of the fourth inning, Brockton then scored their first run on a squeeze bunt. Senior James Smith started the game as pitcher; however, after Brockton scored 3 runs, senior Nicholas Cordopatri relieved him.
