The Walpole High School Literary Magazine held the annual Fall Poetry Reading at Barnes and Nobles at 6pm on Tuesday, November 24. Students, teachers, and parents came to listen as Walpole High School students recited their poems in the area next to the Starbucks cafe. Earlier in the month, students submitted their poems to Michael Alan, the adviser for the Literary Magazine, who then selected some student works to be showcased at the reading. The reading was preceded by an hour of music provided by some Walpole High School musicians, as well as alumni Maria Earabino, Jenna Donahue, and Nikki Mich. To follow up the successful fall poetry reading, the Literary Magazine plans to hold another Poetry Reading in the spring. Written by Hiromi Kondo.
