On Wednesday, May 13, Walpole High’s National Honor Society hosted its annual induction of the junior class. The event began at 7 pm in the auditorium and led off with the senior candle procession. Then, each senior NHS member honored a special educator with a short speech and finally exchanged seats with an incoming student. Next year’s NHS group is the largest yet with just over 60 students — about 20 students more than this year’s. Written by Hiromi Kondo.
