Walpole High hosted its annual Pops Night in the gymnasium on Friday, May 22. This was the first Pops Night for Music Department Head Ken Gable. Decorated with streamers and tables, the gym was filled with students, parents, and music fanatics ready to enjoy a night of good music. Unlike the other annual musical performances, the Jazz band, Jazz choir, and choir showcased their talents in contemporary pieces such as “Some Nights” by Fun and “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen.
