Walpole Gymnastics competed in their first meet on Tuesday, December 15 against Framingham at Shen’s Gymnastics Academy in Holliston. Despite their increase in team members and health since last year, the girls lost by 11 points with a final score of 113-124. The Rebel’s record is now 0-2 after another loss to Wellesley, their last meet before winter break. Senior captain Kaitlin Porter said, “Our goal this year is to improve as a team and hopefully to win a few meets. This meet is definitely a step in the right direction.” Photos by Max Simons.
