Walpole High School held the annual fall play “A Christmas Carol” on Dec. 9 and 10. The well known holiday tale follows a Ebenezer Scrooge, played by Riley Mulroy, as he rediscovers Christmas. Directed by James D’Attillo, the production is a holiday time staple. Major roles were played by the following: Seniors Chris Wood as Bob Cratchit, Joey Haskins as the Ghost of Marley, Ellen Irmiter as the Ghost of Christmas Present, Juniors Miles Qualiter and Samantha Simons as the Ghosts of Christmas Present and Past, respectively. 1st grader, Collin Cahalane made his first appearance in a Walpole High School production, and he played Tiny Tim. “I think it went very well, and it ended up being one of the better fall plays. All the actors were incredible and dealt with every punch they were given” said Riley Mulroy.
