When did you first begin playing this sport?
Since I could remember.
Do you want to continue this sport in college?
Yes.
Who was a prominent coach in your sports career? Why?
Coach Sprague. She has helped me with a few skills I never was aware of and it helped my game dramatically.
What other activities/clubs are you involved in?
Ice Hockey.
How do you feel going into this season?
Confident.
What are some goals set for the team this coming season?/How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Just taking it one game at a time.
Who are some big opponents?
Norwood just always has been and Newton North has challenged us in the past.
Do you think the team will make tournament/post season? How far do you think you’ll make it?
Yes, I cannot say how far because it’s hard to tell.

When did you first begin playing this sport?
2nd grade.
Do you want to continue this sport in college?
No.
Who was a prominent coach in your sports career? Why?
Mr. Sprague was a prominent coach in my softball career because he taught me so much as a player and a teammate, and he always encouraged me to understand the game at a higher level.
What other activities/clubs are you involved in?
Volleyball and NHS.
How do you feel going into this season?
I feel confident that we will have a successful season because we have 9 returners and talented underclassmen who will have a big impact this year.
What are some goals set for the team this coming season?/How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Win the Herget and qualify for the tournament and we plan to work hard every practice and stay focused on putting the team first to accomplish these goals.
Who are some big opponents?
Norwood has always been our rival in softball because Coach Sprague’s high school coach is the coach of the Norwood team.
Do you think the team will make tournament/post season? How far do you think you’ll make it?
I do believe we will make tournament. I think we can make it very far as we have a lot of talent on the team.
Jacqui Mulcahy
When did you first begin playing this sport?
2nd grade.
Do you want to continue this sport in college?
No.
Who was a prominent coach in your sports career? Why?
My dad. He loved baseball so he taught me many things as a child about softball that benefit me to this day.
What other activities/clubs are you involved in?
Gymnastics.
How do you feel going into this season?
Very confident and ready to start playing.
What are some goals set for the team this coming season?/How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Our goal is to become Bay State champions again. By working hard at practices and always having a good attitude to play, we have a great chance to win the Bay State again.
Who are some big opponents?
Norwood, Coach Sprague and their Coach know each other well so its always competitive and a big game each year.
