What sport are you a captain of? I am captain of the hockey team.

When did you start playing the sport? I started playing hockey when I was six.

Do you want to continue this sport in college? Yes I would like to play in college.

Who was a prominent coach in your sports career? Why? My dad was a prominent coach because he taught me how to play and love the game. He not only showed me how to be a better player, but how to carry myself on and off the ice. He is my role model and I strive to play college hockey like he did for Saint Anselm College.

What other activities/sports are you involved in? I am the President of my class for Student Council and I also play baseball.

How do you feel going into this season? I feel ecstatic to be able to play in my last season for Walpole High School. I appreciate that we are able to have a season because there are many hockey teams that are unable to play, like my brother Teddy who plays for Stonehill and my brother Johnny who plays for Colby.

What are some goals set for the team this coming season? How do you plan to achieve them? We plan to win the rest of our games and continue to have success for a program that has had success for a long time. We also want to stay healthy so we can ensure that we have as many games as possible.

Who are some big opponents/rivals? Why? Braintree is a rival because they always have a good team and our games against them are always tight, intense battles.

What sport are you a captain of? I am captain of the hockey and lacrosse team.

When did you start playing the sport? I have been playing both sports for as long as I can remember.

Do you want to continue this sport in college? I am playing lacrosse at UMass Lowell.

Who was a prominent coach in your sports career? Why? Coach Dowd taught me to never give up, and if you put in the work, you will be given what you deserve.

What other activities/sports are you involved in? I also play lacrosse.

How do you feel going into this season? I feel confident in the team because we have a strong group of upperclassmen.

What are some goals set for the team this coming season? How do you plan to achieve them? We want to make a run in the playoffs. We are planning to play as long as we are allowed, to make the most out of these awkward seasons.

Who are some big opponents/rivals? Why? Needham is always a strong team and will definitely be a strong matchup. Another good team we are looking out for is Natick.

What sport were you a captain of? I am captain of the boys hockey team.

When did you start playing the sport? I started playing when I was four.

Do you want to continue this sport in college? It would be great if it happened, but I am not sure if it will.

Who was a prominent coach in your sports career? Why? I would say the coach who really pushed me the most, and even if I did not like him at the time, was my u13 and u14 club hockey coach. He really pushed me to be better in every aspect of the game and expected nothing less than perfection out of me, and it has really instilled the drive I have in me today.

What other activities/sports are you involved in? I also play lacrosse.

How do you feel going into this season? I feel that even without a tournament there is still a lot at stake and it is important to prove that we are one of the best programs in the state. We are playing for pride and to defend our state title this season.

What are some goals set for the team this coming season? How do you plan to achieve them? The goals for this season are to have a winning record; anything less than that would not be ideal. We will achieve this by coming to practice and games ready to go and ready to give it 100%.

Who are some big opponents/rivals? Why? The big rivals this year are going to be Natick and Braintree, as those are the other two top teams in the Bay State league that we will face.
