Heels are great every once in a while, but why kill your feet when you could be wearing something much more comfortable and fashionable at the same time? Combat boots are this fall’s shoe of choice for celebrities and everyday teen girls alike. Their addition to an outfit usually creates a grunge look, which can either be hardcore or soft and feminine—it all depends on how you’re feeling! These sensible, yet chic shoes, can be found in a whole array of styles, including: angle-grazing, just below the knee, studded or not, black, brown, patterned; all these choices make the combat boot even more versatile and therefore, more appealing. Combat boots are certainly a must have for any fashionistas that want to stay warm and comfortable this fall and winter.

Okay, so you have the combat boots. What else is there to add to it while staying stylish and comfortable? The answer is denim shirts. They’ve been around for quite some time, coming in and out of style, and now: they’re back. They are absolutely perfect for fall. It’s never a struggle trying to figure out what to match it with. They truly go with anything. So, the question is: what celebrities are wearing it, and what do they wear with it?
How about Rihanna? She turned heads, not just because she’s a popstar, when she wore a light denim shirt with paint-splattered blue jeans in Hollywood.
Kristen Stewart was spotted walking around in Paris wearing a denim shirt, and of course, her favorite pair of shoes, black converse. Wearing these shirts are like going to Burger King. You can always have it your way!
Victoria’s Secret model, Miranda Kerr wears it over a cozy sweater while strolling around with her child in New York City. She can even make layers of clothes look well…there goes my self confidence.
If you’re feeling a little goth, pair it with black leather pants. Kristin Cavallari wears it with confidence, but don’t forget the black eyeliner!
Basically, any one can pull this off. It’s the perfect fall fashion staple–lightweight, cute, and cozy. Whether your live close to Wal-Mart or Bloomingdales, you can find this article of clothing anywhere.
What’s one more great style to top off your fall wardrobe? Big, comfy, sweaters of course! If you’re having one of those days where you just want to throw on the sweats, but you don’t want to look like a slob at the same time oversized sweaters are the way to go. Patterns are cool, but that’s a little risky. A safer bet is solid colors, but honestly it’s all about the comfort. Cashmere would be ideal, but we aren’t all super rich celebs. So? Play it safe like Lauren Conrad:
Or be a little risky….if you’re Kanye West!
