Justin and Selena…break up?
Fact: The most popular Hollywood teen couple, yes, it’s true, has split. The two, who originally became public in February 2011, gave up on keeping their relationship private. They were recognized as a couple at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party earlier in the year, and pictures prove this was no publicity stunt. In March 2011, Selena appeared on Ellen and of course, Ellen brought up the Biebz. In 2010, Ellen predicted that they would end up together and Selena said “No! He’s like my little brother!” Ha ha ha..since then, Selena’s been known for dating her “little brother.” On May 22, 2011, the unthinkable occurred. At the Billboard Music Awards, Justin Bieber was announced best new artist. He was congratulated by Selena with a kiss on cam. Then, a new fan group began–the “Jelenators.” Okay, it’s understandable to be a “Belieber” or a “Selenator” to support your idol’s music talent, but supporting a relationship? I mean, I guess it’s better to support Justin and Selena, rather than to send death threats to Selena. The hate towards her was strong, but their relationship was stronger. Rumors obviously have been flying around for the past two years that they broke up, that she got pregnant, that their relationship was fake or “inappropriate.” No matter what people said, it didn’t break them up before. But this time, it’s for real. According to sources, the couple split because of their busy schedules. No, it wasn’t because Justin chose to perform at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and Selena was flaming with jealousy. Although, some “anti-Jelenators” would certainly hope that. It is definitely not the end, but for now, they are just a memory.
Kanye proposed to Kim?
Fiction: Recently, rumors have been swirling about Kim and Kanye’s supposed engagement, but is it true? Sadly, no. Kim was spotted wearing a huge diamond ring, but it was on her pinky not her ring finger. So that is either a huge insult to Kanye or he never proposed. Also, she is not even legally divorced from Kris Humphries yet! Kanye supposedly told her to wear it on her pinky until her divorced is finalized, but this all seems a little sketchy. In all seriousness, Kim is the type of person that would wear a giant diamond ring just because, and that seems like a much more likely explanation than a proposal. We are going to have to label this rumor as fiction. Sorry Kimye fans!
Is Mary-Kate Olsen dating a 42 year old man?
Fact: The 26 year old fashionista is dating banker, Oliver Sarkozy. According to her, she is not fazed by the 16 year age difference, although tabloids have had a frenzy over it. She told E News, “Everyone has an opinion, I find it’s better to focus on what’s in front of you and to keep putting one foot in front of the other.” Well, I guess if she is not totally creeped out by it, the rest of us shouldn’t be. I’m still a little skeptical to tell you the truth. They have been together for a few months, and the pair was recently spotted getting cozy at a New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden on Friday. They went with his two kids, but that didn’t stop them from piling on the PDA. It is safe to say little Michelle Tanner has certainly grown up.
